Women in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Pakistan

and regulatory frameworks, benchmarking
Pakistan’s performance against regional and
international comparators, documenting national
and international good practices, and proposing
actionable recommendations. Through policy
learning from international experience, the
study identifies practical approaches that
could be adapted to Pakistan’s institutional and
socio-economic context to accelerate women’s
participation in the digital economy.
